Keeping the exercise up

Using the treadmill for me is easiest because it has it's own tv screen attached. When MTV can be bothered to play some decent music I just zip away and before I know it time has gone. I try to get some swimming in there - I swim with floats, and I usually stop mid-length (yep, I'm that unfit) but I think it's the trying that counts and ultimately burning the calories.

I went home and had a small dinner - a soya yoghurt with cashews, packet of low fat crisps and a low fat bar or something or other and then went to bed!

I walked half way to work this morning and wished for the life of me that I had packed a spare top to change as I was sweating so much, I had to rush because i was late, but getting in is nice because I think about the calories I surely must have burnt.

I'm a carbo fiend / sweet tooth too!
I don't think your belly exercises are a vain attempt at all - infact I am certain if you keep them up it will all add up in the end. How many do you normally do each time you do them?

I love my carbs and sugar too - but I am seriously trying to give them up. Carbs because one taste of carb (and I mean white rice, white bread etc.) gets me acting like a damn crackhead! and also I'm hearing more and more how sugar contributes to people looking old (aaaah!) so I need to give my two favourite things up. From the sounds of it you look after yourself by eating berries so I am sure you are countering any add-age that your pauch is giving by having youthful looking skin! :0)

Hi Summer,
I was searching through Blogger to see if I can find some information on Womans Health News. I stumbled on your blog, as this was not quite what I was looking for about Womans Health News. I did however read your blog and found it quite interesting, keep up the good work and hopefully I will visit it again.
